OMNI CATAMARAN
One vessel. Six interchangeable pods. The Omni Catamaran swaps between trash collection, cargo transport, pump-out, buoy lifting, and waterway and dock maintenance tasks.
One vessel, multiple missions
Rather than buying several specialised boats, the Omni Catamaran’s drop-in pod system lets a single vessel switch roles dockside — no dry-dock, no major refits.
Drop-in pod system
Pods are exchanged at the quayside using a crane or fork-lift — no dry-dock needed. Switch missions in hours, not days.
Excellent stability — catamaran hull
Wide twin-hull stance gives a large, flat working platform. Excellent maneuverability in confined marinas and harbors.
Wheeled fenders for quay work
Wheeled fenders let the Omni Catamaran travel along quay walls — where floating debris collects most — without hull damage.
Road-transportable with trailer
Shallow draft and optional trailer allow the Omni Catamaran to be trailered to any body of water — no permanent slip required.

Multiple pods. One boat.
Each pod drops into the same centre slot on the catamaran deck. Select a pod below to see full specifications and use cases.
How the pod system works
The Omni Catamaran’s centre deck features a standardised pod slot. Pods are manufactured with crane-hoistable corner points and loaded directly from the quayside — no dry-docking, no major disassembly.
Each pod is purpose-engineered for its task, then swapped back out when the job changes. One vessel budget, many capabilities.
Litter Basket
99 cu ft / 2.8m2
The Litter Basket pod has a capacity of 99 cu ft / 2.8 cm that allows the Omni Catamaran to collect floating trash and debris in harbors, marinas and protected waterways. Strengthened corner points allow for secure crane hoisting.
Pump-Out Pod
Below-deck holding tank
The pump out pod is designed for servicing sewage holding tanks on boats allowing the Omni Catamaran to serve as a “valet” pump out boat. The pod’s holding tank is located below deck, adding to the stability of the Omni Catamaran. The pump system may also be used in emergency situations where pumping of a bilge or other location is needed. Pump out grants may be available for vessels equipped with these systems.
Jenson Lake Mower
The Jenson Lake Mower is designed to cut invasive aquatic plants. The 4 ft wide cycle cutter is used in conjunction with the collection basket to trim and collect marine vegetation.
Purpose-built for real operations
Every Omni Catamaran is configured to a specific client mission.
